Dans'illot Festival

Dans'illot is a proposal for dance encounters and performances on the beach of S'Illot, in the municipality of Manacor, and on Moreia Beach.

Dancing so close to the sea presents a clear premise to reclaim dance outside theateres, auditoriums, and schools. Dance is a free expression that can be anywhere, wherever we are.

Mon Joan Tiquat

Within the sound universe of Mon Joan Tiquat you will find almost everything. With a training in classical percussion, a fascination for electronics and a passion for improvisation that he discovered with the jazz piano, the composer now presents his second album, Sinònims de cosa, in quartet format.

A powerful proposal, a disconcerting concert that fuses author's songs with abstract atmospheres, flirting with classical music, rock and jazz. A harmonious eclecticism where the complicity, improvisation and dynamism between the musicians create an experience that attracts and transforms the audience.

UBU - Robert Wilson (on tour)
Co-production between Es Baluard Museu d'Art Contemporani de Palma, Grec Festival of Barcelona, and KunstFest Weimar, Germany.

Inspired by the text Ubu Roi, written by Alfred Jarry in 1896, the show represents a critique against war and totalitarianism with a grotesque and dictatorial protagonist that remains as relevant today as when it was created, and in the research/creations of Joan Miró around the universe of Ubu Roi.

Campania Teatro Festival, Naples, Italy - 12 and 13 October 2024
